Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

The short version

  • Shipping is included in your monthly plan price.
  • Medication ships only after a physician prescribes it.
  • Orders ship from a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy in discreet packaging, with tracking.
  • Something wrong with your order? Tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

1. When your order ships

Once your physician prescribes your medication and your plan payment goes through, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy prepares your order for you and usually ships it within 1 to 3 business days. After that, each month's order ships in time for your next month of treatment.

2. Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days after they ship. You'll get an email with tracking information when your order is on its way. Delivery times can be longer because of weather, holidays or carrier delays.

3. Where Vita Health is available

Vita Health is available to patients in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

  • We do not currently serve patients in Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or outside the United States.
  • You must be physically located in, and ship to an address in, one of the states listed above. Your provider is licensed in the state where you are located.
  • Temperature-sensitive medications may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes. Please use a street address where you can receive packages.

4. Packaging and temperature

Orders arrive in plain, discreet packaging. Some medications must stay cold and ship with insulated packaging and ice packs. Open your package and follow the storage instructions as soon as it arrives. If a package was delayed or feels warm, don't use the medication. Contact us first.

5. Check your address

Make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date in your account. If you need to change it, contact us before your next order ships. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided, but we'll always do our best to help.

6. Damaged, incorrect, lost or late orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not at a safe temperature, or doesn't arrive, email hello@joinvitahealth.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date). Please include your order number and a photo if you can. We'll work with the pharmacy to replace it at no cost to you.

Because prescription medications can't be returned once dispensed, please don't send medication back to us. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
